October 17-31 - Draft introduction; letter to administrators; ideas for toolkit
October 31 - Comments back from SLMS and SLSA; Review comments and make necessary revisions;
November 7 - Send to Critical Friends of SED for review and comment
November 14 - Comments back from Critical Friends
November 14-26 - Committee looks at all comments, prepares final draft
November 26 - Final draft sent to SED
